I have been participating in another Bates group on Yahoo, but had decided that they really weren’t following Bates. I had expressed my concern in a posting and I received an e-mail from a user letting me know about this other group that did follow the Bates method. So, that’s how I found the site.

Thank you for letting me in! I hope to learn more about the process. When I moved more than a year ago I put away my sun lamp and got away from listening to my relaxation CD at night and stopped palming and I think my vision has gotten worse again. So, I need to get back to it.
